The hotel's location left something to be desired, as it was quite far from the city's main attractions. the cleanliness of the rooms was satisfactory, and the air conditioning and hot water worked well. the staff on duty during our stay was helpful, particularly on Friday night, which was a plus. we were pleased to find the room equipped with all the necessary amenities.

Despite the helpfulness of the staff, we found one aspect particularly disappointing. When we complained about there being no light in the bathroom, the duty staff's initial response was to deny there was a problem.

The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful when we arrived. the room was equipped with a working AC and geyser, which was great considering the hot weather. the hotel was located conveniently close to a popular attraction, which made it easy to get around.

My xmas experience at this hotel was really good. I loved the fact that the rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The AC and geyser were also in perfect working condition. the staff present on Friday night was really helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure that I had a comfortable stay.

The only downside of my stay was the distance from the main attraction. It was a bit of a hassle to travel to the main area and the surrounding attractions.
